CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 50(FIN) "An Act relating to limitations                                                                   
on mandatory overtime for registered nurses and licensed practical                                                              
nurses in health care facilities; and providing for an effective date"                                                          
which had been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 2476), was

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
